Welcome!

I am the co-founder and Clinical Director of the W Experience Counselling and Wellness Services and have been providing mental health and well-being support to children, adults and seniors for over fifteen years. I am a registered social worker who holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Human Exceptionality in Learning and French, a Bachelor of Social Work degree and a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in health. I have honed my therapeutic skills by working in grassroots and community agencies, addictions, specialized children’s mental health treatment, within an eating disorder clinic and in inpatient and outpatient psychiatry at a hospital. I pride myself on building authentic, non-judgemental relationships with those that I serve and utilize advanced, evidence-based interventions. 

I am trained in Cognitive-Behaviour therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Prolonged Exposure trauma therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders, Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders and Motivational Interviewing, among others. It would be my absolute honour and pleasure to walk alongside you as we work to achieve wellness.
